![]() ![]() You can download the UVC Camera Driver Sample from the Vuforia Developer Portal. ![]() The UVC Camera Driver Sample is an implementation of an External Camera using the Vuforia Engine Driver Framework and has been designed to work on both handheld devices and Qualcomm’s Dragonboard 410C . The UVC (USB Video Class) Camera Driver Sample demonstrates how to access a USB camera from within Android. It has been deprecated and will no longer be actively updated. I made a static sound, froze, and then began starting and restarting the POD! Had to unplug and restart. This page concerns the Vuforia Engine API version 9.8 and earlier. All was well, until I tried rtf scroll left to edit the pedals. I added a few pedals, and reverb etc., and then added a second amp. HOWEVER! I discovered another glitch while trying to create a preset. I also managed to hook up the POD as an audio interface and can now record in GarageBan d! In the past THIS never mentioned line6, but this time it said the drivers were blocked, so I hit "Allow," and plugged in the USB and went to the MIDI/Audio Utility, and the POD showed up! Went to Monkey, "Drivers installed!" Updated Flash with no issues! Started Edit, and it came right up and connected to the POD!! Went to System Preferences and looked at the "Allow apps downloaded from" section. It then wanted to restart the computer, which it did before, but this time it took a lot more time to come back up. ![]() I tried different USB chords and still nothing, but then I decided to uninstall the drivers and reinstall, for the third time, because I had read that the USB must not be connected while doing this. I don't know the reasons of this annoying error with detection of POD as I always used and updated my second HD500 without any issues. Turn off POD for 5 seconds and turn it on again Wait until the flash is complete (You'll see something like "Reflashing Memory." on POD's screen)Ĩ. Click on Update from File button and select downloaded in step1 Flash Memory Fileħ. Select Flash Memory Item in Monkey's items list and enable "Update from File" button using the app in step4Ħ. Download and run any app that enables disabled buttons in any other windows application (I've used a WinSpy Tool)ĥ. Run L6 Monkey (it shows the same annoying hardware error)Ĥ. CHECK THAT HD500 EDIT IS SYNCING WITH HARDWARE WITHOUT PROBLEMS BEFORE USING THIS SOLUTION!Ģ. So I found that connection and hardware is ok except this annoying error in L6 Monkey that doesn't give a chance to update flash firmware.īUT USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I don't know the consequences if there are any real hardware problems in your case!ĬHECK CABLE, USB-PORTS, AND SO ON. Monkey shows correct version numbers of all firmwares installed (I had v1.0 flash firmware installed and wanted 2.62 to be installed). I tried HD500 Edit and it worked ok syncing all the patches. I tried to connect it with 4 different usb cables, tried to connect it to 2 laptops, tried all the usb 2.0 and 3.0 ports - the result was always the same error. Previous user promised that he has bought it new from the store and never used a usb port. I've recently purchased a used POD HD500X and I had the same issue with updating a firmware using Line6 Monkey (ESN-00000000 and Error Code 80007008). I still think you should exchange it if you can.do over.good luck to you. There is another thing that came to mind, but this is a bit of a reach. This issue is almost exactly like one I saw years back with the Flextone III XL using a midi interface.specifically an Edirol.By default, it would be set to echo data. The data over USB on the POD is basically midi over USB.It's serial data, so is midi. The echo messes up the stream and causes the failure immediately.Again, this would be a reach if there is something in the USB config that is messing with bulk mode on your PC's USB.However, a very easy way to test that would be to just print a doc to a USB printer or save a file to USB jump drive. Both use bulk mode.same mode the firmware burn uses. Thanks.no worries. So my next question would be Have you tried it using an different computer altogether? Seems like you said you tried known good cable with other working devices.Using another PC basically eliminates the PC as the cause and if you get the same error, it points to something being wrong with the POD.I say return it and get a new one if the retailer you used offers that (GC is 30 days I think).Otherwise, it really seems like the unit might need service.might be a defective port or some such. The Pod is ready to update via Monkey, but the timeout error keeps appearing so Monkey won't update it the way things sit now.īoth Monkey and Edit software recognize that a 500X is attached, but when a working connection is attempted I instantly get the timeout error. I tried the re-flash using the power up holding D pad down method. ![]()
